After you receive your no-obligation roof inspection, you will receive photos, be made aware of any issues or needed repairs, recommendations for materials, and a ballpark estimate. The finalized price options will be sent anytime from the same day for simple jobs, to a week if your project is complex.

The speed at which we can replace your roof depends on many factors:

• Roof Size: Smaller homes (1,000–2,000 sq. ft.) can often be done in 1 day. Larger homes (2,000–4,000+ sq. ft.) might take 2–3 days.
• Roof Complexity: A simple gable roof is a fast tear off and re-shingle. But if your home has multiple facets, steep pitches, valleys, dormers, and chimneys, it will add time. Two-story homes add more setup time.
• Tear-Off vs. Layover: Full tear-offs (removing all old shingles) take longer but is standard and recommended. Layovers (installing new shingles on top of old) are quicker but usually not recommended due to added weight and possible code violations.
• Decking Issues: Replacing damaged wood decking because of rot it might add a half to a full day depending on the extent of the damage.
• Weather: Rain, wind, or extreme heat can slow or pause progress.
• Crew Size & Experience: Larger, seasoned crews are faster than small or newer teams.

Of course, these factors do not account for time of the initial inspection, material delivery, permitting, or other factors that might occur before crews arrive at your home.

This includes protecting your landscaping with tarps, strategically placing materials as to minimize yard impact and driveway blocking, and conducting a full cleanup (like nail removal) after the job is complete. Lastly, we communicate with your neighbors beforehand if the project is expected to cause any temporary inconvenience.
