We love our new roof! Excellent service! Communication before, during and after. Brad did excellent job working with his crew, all supplies and dumpster were here before crew arrived. Clean up and quality work. I would give Smith Roofing my highest recommendation. I would also recommend Davis Rhea with Smith Roofing work tirelessly with our Insurance company to get all our quotes and repairs approved. I would recommend this team with my highest recommendation.
Jake Priegel came out last Thursday to do a roof inspection for my elderly widowed father. Jake was honest, upfront and all around amazing! While he was doing the inspection, he noticed my dad’s gutter was a little loose. He fixed it and didn’t charge him anything! THIS IS HOW A TRUE COMPANY DOES GOOD BUSINESS!!! Do yourself a favor, if you need roofing, gutters or exterior work done, please consider Smith Roofing & Exteriors! They are truly one of a kind!! ❤️
After multiple quotes (within $10 dollars of each other), I chose Smith Roofing & Exteriors. Because of Jordan's very thorough examination of my roof and overall explanation of details prior to the quote, I felt confident in this company. That, along with his professional and sincere personality, I was very comfortable with my decision to choose Smith Roofing & Exteriors. Prior to the job, Sam (project manager) called and reviewed the details of the work and he too made me feel reassured. Once on the job, Sam proved to be very approachable and sincere in ensuring me of all the details. The work crew was on time, on point, efficient and professional. I have already recommended Smith Roofing & Exteriors to others.
Smith Roofing did a great job on our roofing project, from their responsiveness to our bid request to cleanup after the installation. Joseph Jones and his crew were top-notch, arriving early, protecting our property, finding unknown issues and fixing them properly within the scope of our pricing agreement. The job was done within a day. We couldn't be happier and would recommend Smith Roofing and the Joseph Jones team in particular.

Joseph Jones did a fantastic job! He called to confirm the appointment, was on time, explained the repairs that were being done, showed me photographs of the repairs (before and after they were done), and made sure I was comfortable with the services provided. I really appreciate that, after the crew was done, he made sure to talk to me and explain what was done, and made sure that I was pleased with the results. Smith Roofing & Exteriors was great to work with, specifically Brad Tindell and Jake. They came out to my house within a week of me contacting them to assess a leak in my roof. They were very profession, direct, and upfront about the issues that needed to be fixed as well as the path forward. They and promptly scheduled a time to fix the most obvious and likely issues (incorrect roofing materials for the grade, no J channel on the siding, flashing that had only been caulked and not embedded in a brick wall). Brad then worked with a small crew for one day to remove the improperly installed existing roofing material, replace some water damaged OSB, and install the correct materials for the grade of the roof. Also, on-site, they made a custom cap for an awkward brick wall adjoining the roof. Unfortunately, there was still a small, secondary leak. Jake came back out with thier window and siding professional who found some small issues around a window. I was able to repair it on their advice. My roof is now ready for the Spring rains!

We were having some siding issues on our manufactured home. The siding was very flimsy and once blew a few pieces off in a wind storm. My husband and I saw a Smith sign close by on a home that just had board and batten siding put on, so we called. Chris McBride called us back within a day of our inquiry and came out to the house. He is very friendly and also professional. He is very knowledgeable. Showed us siding samples which were definitely of better quality than what we currently had and he also gave us a fair estimate. We appreciated that he is a no pressure guy. After we agreed to the job, SamTilleros called then came out to assess the job. We cannot say enough about how professional and knowledgeable Sam is and he, too, is a pleasure to talk to. We felt like we were in very good hands with both Chris and Sam. Two weeks later, our house is much improved! The board and batten with the shaker at the peaks looks amazing. The crew was always friendly and singing! Cleaned up every bit of trash. Started on Monday and it was completed by Wednesday. We love the look and quality. Cannot thank them enough for great workmanship and awesome service!
I had a very positive experience with Smith Roofing, who replaced my roof at my residence. Mr. Davis Rhea was very smart and intelligent to deal with Insurance company and he worked very hard to get the roof replacement covered by Insurance after they initially denied the claim. I appreciate his efforts and feel like he went above and beyond his duties to get this task done professionally. His knowledge in his field was impressive. I appreciate all the work he did for me and feel very satisfied from work done efficiently and professionally by his entire team. This company is great! Thomas came and gave me a quote with differing scenarios and found one that fit my budget. The materials and dumpster were delivered yesterday and the crew was here right on time at 7. Benjamin and his crew had the job done before lunch! Joseph kept me apprised of everything they did and taught me things about roofing I never knew I needed to know! Everyone was professional and I am ecstatic with the result! Thank you!
I am so very pleased with the work that Smith Roofing did! My brick chimney needed to be removed, replaced with a frame and the old siding replaced. From the very first visit with Davis, I was impressed. Davis worked closely with me, did not push me just to get the sale. He answered all my many questions, gave me time to ponder, and worked with me thru some last minute changes. The crew that actually dod the work was also very respectful and polite. They did a great job. The Project Manager, Matt, was also wonderful to work with. He was at the house before the project began, during the project and after it was complete. Both Davis and Matt made multiple visits to make sure what we wanted/needed and made sure things were done properly along the way. There were a few small hiccups, but both Davis and Matt were very professional and took care of them quickly and correctly. The finished project makes my heart smile! I will surely call Davis again when I am ready to begin another project (of which there are quite a few) and hope Matt will, once again, be in charge. I feel like I can trust Smith, Davis and Matt to do the right thing. Thank you all!
Davis and everyone from Smith Roofing were excellent at their jobs. Davis was very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. He went beyond the call of duty to ensure that everything was done on time and with excellent quality. He worked diligently to make sure that the job was completed as he explained that it would be done, and at the end of the job I have to say that Davis and the whole team exceeded my expectations.The team that came to do the job was excellent as well, they all worked very hard and fast!! It didn’t even appear that they took a break. They were very careful not to damage anything around my house and when they finished they cleaned up the area so it looked as though they hadn’t been there.I would highly recommend Smith Roofing to anyone that needs a new roof or any other service that they provide.
