Chris and Dennis came out to give an estimate and even tried to fix a fireplace issue on the spot (even though they couldn't, they gave me a number of someone who could). Beth in the office was VERY responsive to getting my job booked, especially working around the weather and my schedule. The roof crew who came out were prompt, friendly and very thorough, finding more damage than expected. While they worked outside, Jon worked on the damage inside. He was also professional, friendly, and explained in detail what damage was there. The job was completed in 1 1/2 days, and true to the estimate. I HIGHLY recommend this group."

Smith handyman was quick to respond when I called for roof estimate. I had four other companies out, Smith’s was not the lowest or highest, but having done roofing for years I liked the product and process they use. Chris was professional and didn’t push what I didn’t need. Explained the process very well, and made things simple. I even had them upgrade gutters to six inch to replace the bad fours we had. Install crew was efficient cleaned up well and did excellent job. I would use Smith’s again.

Smith Roofing did a great job throughout the process of replacing our roof and adding a gutter to our patio cover. Staff was friendly, and took the time to discuss our old roof issues. Recommended possible repair and replacement options and then completed the job quickly.

I had a problem with a leaky roof and Smith Roofing sent someone to my house the same day to do an inspection. They quickly provided an estimate for the repair, showed up when they were supposed to, and did an excellent job for a fair price. Finally a contractor service who will actually show up when they say they will!

As a single working mom , I was extremely appreciative and impressed with the excellent communication by this company after missing work many times for others who did not show up when expected. From scheduling the quote, text reminders letting me know they were on the way, and the follow up once the job was complete - I was always kept informed. I also appreciated the time taken to provide a very detailed explanation of what the issues were and how they would be fixed after work had not been done correctly in the past. The communication throughout the entire process was something I have not found to be common practice these days . I will definitely be calling for any future work I need help with.
