New Roof and Gutters in Farragut
On Lake Haven Road in Farragut, this homeowner needed a new roof and gutter solution. Years of leaks around the chimney and clogged gutters caused headaches for the owners during heavy rains. Temporary patches and fixes were no longer enough, so we were called in to provide a lasting solution.
With this in mind, we installed an Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration roofing system in Onyx Black. Rather than the continued worry, the new shingles come with a 50-year warranty, 130 MPH wind resistance, and 25-year algae protection. Old decking damage was repaired, RhinoRoof UDL synthetic underlayment and ice and water shield were installed, and Lifetime Ultimate Pipe Flashing helped waterproof potential problem areas. The chimney was carefully re-flashed to stop leaks for good. To better handle water runoff, new white, 6-inch gutters and RainDrop gutter guards were added, keeping the system clog-free and easy for the owners to maintain.
The home now has a sharp new roof and gutter system that matches their home and protects against storms.
