In the scenic Fairfield Glade community just outside of Crossville, TN, this charming home needed serious roof work. From the street, the original shingle roof looked worn and faded. Up close, the issues were clear… curled and missing shingles, damaged flashing, and discoloration near roof penetrations and the cupola. Smith Roofing was called in to inspect the roof on both the main house and detached garage. We found several areas of roof deck rot, especially in the overhangs in the rear. It was time to act.
