The project began with a full tear-off of the existing asphalt shingles, exposing the roof deck. Because the issue was addressed early, only a limited amount of decking required replacement. After repairs were completed, a high-temperature synthetic underlayment was installed across the entire roof to prepare for the metal roofing system.
With the roof properly prepared, the ProVia barrel tile metal panels were installed across all sections of the home. The finished roof adds a unique texture while maintaining a clean and consistent appearance.
