    Window and Roof Replacement in Maryville

    This Maryville home looked great from the street, but the roof was worn out. Shingle granules were washing into the gutters, fiberglass was showing, and nail pops led to small leaks in several spots. After a full inspection, we recommended a roof replacement. The owner chose Owens Corning Duration shingles in Driftwood to match the organic, natural color scheme of the stone and siding. We installed synthetic underlayment, metal drip edge, step flashing where needed, and Lifetime Ultimate pipe boots at all penetrations. To top it off, we added Lomanco Pro ridge vents to keep attic air moving as designed.

    The chimney had been leaking, so our team cleaned and sealed it and fitted a new watertight cap in a matching finish. With the limited lifetime shingle warranty and proper ventilation, this roof is set for years of service.

    While on site, we replaced two basement windows with ProVia Aspect energy-efficient vinyl units that match the home’s other windows. We will return each year for a free inspection to check for weather damage and keep everything in top shape
