We will be honoring a veteran, first responder, teacher, or someone who is in need within our community. Whether someone has faced difficult times or is simply in need of a helping hand, we want to hear their stories and make a positive impact.

    The contest opens on October 1st, 2024, and submissions close on Friday, November 15th at 12 am EST. The winner will be notified on November 20th.

      Contest rules and disclaimers

      No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to win.

      1. Applications will only be considered if they are complete and submitted with full details. The recipient of the 2024 Smith Roofing & Exteriors Roof Giveaway will be announced on November 20, 2024.
      2. You may nominate yourself, but all criteria of the contest must be met.
      3. Nominees must own and live in the residence that will receive the new roof.
      4. The giveaway is open to individuals of the age of 18 years of age and older.
      5. Identification must be provided upon request.
      6. Employees of Smith Roofing & Exteriors, advertising and promotional agencies, and their affiliates (including immediate family members) are excluded from this giveaway.
      7. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
      8. All nominees will be contacted and required to sign a release waiver before they will be considered for the competition.
      9. All submissions must include two (2) photos of the home. Full front and back of home; where the exterior is fully visible including the roof.
      10. Smith Roofing & Exteriors is not responsible for any expenses incurred during the application process. All costs associated with postage, shipping, and material preparations are the applicants’ sole responsibility.
      11. In accepting the roof, the recipient acknowledges that Smith Roofing & Exteriors may not be held liable for any loss, damages, or injury associated with accepting this roof.
      12. Recipients at the age of majority must sign a release form as prepared by Smith Roofing & Exteriors acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of all the giveaway requirements.
      13. Smith Roofing & Exteriors retains the right to make substitutions of equivalent materials or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any materials for any reason whatsoever.
      14. The selected recipient will receive one residential roof replacement from Smith Roofing & Exteriors.
      15. Homeowners who have filed previous insurance claims for roof repair will not be eligible.
      16. All prizes are non-transferable.
      17. All decisions of Smith Roofing & Exteriors are final and not subject to inquiry—no substitutions will be made.
