After our team tore off the first layer of this roof, the second layer revealed 4 tons of gravel, which is not a normal scenario for our team, but a challenge we were happy to tackle. We then stripped down the roof to the the bare concrete, and installed a new foam board layer for insulation as well as TPO (Thermoplastic polyolefin.) Roofs made using light-colored TPO membranes are particularly effective and highly durable, making it a great choice for this business.
